Non-standard moving services depend on volume of the load and conditions of the entrance/exit. Additional fees may be incurred in the amount of $20-$40 as it accounts for the increased strain leading to a high risk of accident, injury and/or damage.

Non-standard moving services include:

- Heavy lifting: appliances, exercise equipment (treadmill, elliptical, etc.), heavy furniture (marble/glass tables, oversized file cabinet, electrical sofa beds, etc.).

- 6+ stairs to different levels in your home (e.g., basement, second floor, etc.) at the time of loading/unloading.
